The price is in Euros per night per unit, based on the indicated maximum occupancy.
In case of exceeding the capacity, an additional fee of 25 euros per adult and 10 euros per child aged 3 to 12 years per night will be charged! Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled.
DISCOUNT TERMS:
- 5% discount for online bookings of 7 or more nights, valid for all seasons.
This discount cannot be combined with the early booking discount. In such cases, the higher discount will apply. - Early online bookings with a paid deposit by March 1:
- 20% discount for the period 01.04–31.05 and 01.10–31.03 with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- 10% discount for the period 01.06–19.06 and 11.09–30.09 with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- 5% discount for early online bookings until 28.02.2025.
TERMS AND DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT:
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the reservation amount. For last-minute bookings, 100% prepayment of the reservation amount is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (regardless of how far in advance it was made) and in the event of no-show by 24:00 on the check-in date, the reservation amount is non-refundable, and the reservation is considered canceled.
CHECK-IN AND STAY CONDITIONS:
Check-in is after 14:00. Check-out is before 12:00. Pets are not allowed, even for an additional fee.
Reservation terms are subject to written confirmation from SUNSET LUXURY APARTMENTS.
Upon check-in, the guest is required to provide a security deposit of 100 euros, which will be refunded after check-out. The security deposit serves as compensation for any damages to the property in the rented unit. Upon check-out, if damages are found, the hotel will deduct the amount of the damages from the security deposit. If the damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest is required to cover the full cost of the damages. In the absence of damages, the security deposit will be refunded in full!
